• [ ] You fill out our intake form & secure your spot by investing in a small deposit (whoop whoop!) that goes towards your final payment!
• [ ] You’ve nailed your VIP start date in our scheduler (and we’ve confirmed!!)
• [ ] You then review our Web-Design Policy + Sign our Web-Design Service Contract
• [ ] You’re redirected to your groovy & smooth Private Onboarding Client Notion Portal that highlights your next steps down easily (such as a Grand Finale Checklist, etc)!
• [ ] You upload your images to your shared client Google Drive Folder & start adding copy to your personal Website Conversion Copy Guide (a trusted copywriting guide that we use countless times that result in 5-figure launches. and we’re letting you in on the secret sauce for FREE)

➡️ PRE-LAUNCH

• [ ] 1 week before VIP day reminder email to complete the smooth steps on the Grand Finale Checklist
• [ ] We open our Voxer groupchat 5 days before your VIP day where we’ll talk strategy, ask Q’s about your special day, finalize your client homework, etc!

HUZZAH!! It’s your GRAND day, homie! Make sure to be present for the entire day via Voxer to ensure fairly quick and attentive responses. Here’s how we’ll kickoff the day:

• [ ] 12:30pm: Home page created + sent over for review
• [ ] 3pm: Additional pages, social links, integrations, SEO completed
• [ ] 4pm: Mobile optimization, add page layout or revision requests (if applicable)
